• ►P M G has an active compliance committee that audits all aspects of our operation, both internal and external, to assure strict compliance with all legal aspects of medical billing.  Any problems are identified, resolved and monitored.
   

• ►P M G routinely handles all levels of procedure coding and billing from the simplest to the most complex.
   

• ►P M G collects 98.5% of its client’s billings through careful and meticulous attention to details.  We complete all information before the bill goes out and get it right the first time.
   

• ►P M G doesn’t just skim the easy first billing revenue, but we follow through with secondary and tertiary payers to achieve maximum revenue for our providers.
   

• ►P M G deals directly with reluctant payers to achieve maximum payment for each professional service that was provided.
   

• ►P M G is not and will not be affiliated with any collection agency.  We feel that such a partnership is a strong conflict of interest as there would be an incentive  for the billing service to diminish its collection efforts, allowing more accounts to pass to the associated collection agency.  The collection agency then collects client physician professional fees that should have been collected by the billing service.  The incentive is that the collection agency charges the client physicians a fee that is 4-6% TIMES the billing service rate for collecting the same amount of professional fees.
   

• ►P M G works closely with our client physicians and advises them of any omissions or commissions of dictation or ‘chartsmanship’ that may not be adequately reporting the extent of procedure(s) provided and, thus, can not be billed at the appropriate level of service.
